Here is a brief and evolving description of what happens here ...

Tagtalking.net is a place where you can easily upload audio messages and find others audio messages. Things like podcasts, product demos, reviews, or just people singing and telling jokes. It's suppose to be totally accessible to the blind. It's a space filled with sound within audio rooms. Everybody who registers has a room where their audio messages get posted. You can go into those rooms and listen to the audio messages. On the front door is a list of all the rooms that are currently registered.
